Dorset, being sick of body but of sound and perfect memory blessed be to God for it, do here make my last will and testament in manner and form following. Leaves property and goods to his wife Bridget Galpin for widowhood and after her death to his son Benjamin, whom he makes sole executor, previously providing for bequests to his son Richard Galpin to his daughter Ann, wife of Christopher Stone to his grandchildren Richard Galpin and Sarah Galpin and the children of his daughter Ann Stone, viz.
